Where are you based?
We operate out of a central kitchen in Singapore. Orders are prepared fresh and delivered islandwide.
Are you halal-certified?
No, we are not halal-certified.
What are your delivery days and times?
We deliver Tuesday to Sunday, including public holidays.
Time slots: 4–5 PM, 5–6 PM, 6–7 PM, 7–8 PM
Can I self-collect my order?
Self-collection is not available at the moment — we’re 100% delivery only.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, depending on how early you cancel. Cancellation fees range from 5% to 90%.

My order was wrong or had missing items. What now?
Please WhatsApp us with clear photos on the day of delivery. We’ll replace or refund the affected item.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
You can select a time slot, but exact timing cannot be guaranteed due to traffic and weather.
Are the meats freshly cooked or reheated?
Every order is smoked fresh on the same day. No reheating kits, no shortcuts.
