Welcome to Jeffrey Smokehouse (www.jeffreysmokehouse.com), a brand by Eight Foods Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202011894W). By placing an order or accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

Jeffrey Smokehouse is a delivery-only food business operating in Singapore. Our offerings include smoked meats, sides, and bundles, prepared using traditional Texas-style smoking methods. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Operating Hours & Delivery

  • We deliver Tuesdays to Sundays, including public holidays.

  • Available delivery time slots: 4–5PM, 5–6PM, 6–7PM, 7–8PM

  • We do not offer self-collection at this time.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your order during the selected slot.

  • A $25 re-delivery fee applies for failed deliveries. Refusal of redelivery entitles you to only 50% refund (excluding delivery fees), due to perishability of the food.

Extended delivery areas (e.g., Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island) incur a $25 surcharge.

3. Order Confirmation

Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and a confirmation email is sent. Please check your details carefully before placing your order. We are not liable for delays or issues resulting from incorrect information.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

All items are made fresh to order and are perishable. As such, cancellations are only permitted under the following conditions:

Time Before Delivery Cancellation Fee
> 24 hours 5% (card processing fee)
Within 24 hours 50% of total order amount
Within 4 hours 70% of total order amount
Within 1 hour 90% of total order amount

Refunds (if approved) will be issued as store credits, valid for 2 weeks, and not applicable to delivery fees. Bank refunds (minus a 3.5% card processing fee) are allowed depending on circumstance only.

5. Delivery Delays

We do our best to deliver within your chosen time slot. However, delays may occur due to weather or traffic. We allow for a 60-minute grace period beyond your selected slot.

If your order is delayed by more than 1 hour for reasons deemed unacceptable by our team, you will be entitled to store credit equivalent to the full order amount (excluding delivery).

6. Product Quality & Missing Items

All products are described accurately in terms of flavour, size, and portion.

  • No refunds will be issued for mistaken orders due to customer oversight.

  • If there are missing or incorrect items, notify us on the day of delivery.

  • You must submit clear photos of all received items to be eligible for refund or replacement.

  • Claims without evidence will not be processed.

7. Pricing, GST & Promotions

  • All prices listed are in SGD.

  • 9% GST is included at checkout.

  • Promotions are valid only during their active period and cannot be stacked, unless explicitly stated.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time without prior notice.

8. Payments

We accept:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX)

  • PayNow
    We do not accept cash on delivery.
    All transactions are secured via third-party payment providers. We do not store or access your card information.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, photos, product names, and descriptions, are the property of Jeffrey Smokehouse and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide the best experience, we shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays beyond our control (e.g., bad weather, road closures)

  • Minor differences in food appearance due to preparation variations

  • Any misuse of our products post-delivery

Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected order.
